In 2022 I teamed up with a friend who had begun to purchase houses to pursue his dream of getting rich from being a landlord. It's slow going, and very early still, but I've now been roped into it to see where it goes. First it was just investment, now it's some accounting, who knows what's next. We're up to 9 houses so far.
This is still a little goofy in concept - but worth it. I went over everything I had done for MCF and pulled out the exact recipe to just ... do it all again - but instantly. MCS now has it own little ecosystem, VPN and all, that will hopefully find more use in the future. We have routers at our properties to allow for security cameras and sensor monitoring. Burlington has gotten dangerous in recent years, and we'll need that footage someday I'm sure.
